What this covers

This notice describes what happens to the information you give us through the contact form on this site, whichever of its four reasons you pick — a briefing, the waitlist, a partnership or an investment enquiry. It does not describe the HealthOS platform itself, which is governed by the agreement in place with each customer organization.

What we collect

Everything a submission stores, in full. Four of these you type; the rest are recorded automatically, and all of them are listed here rather than summarised.

  • Your name — so we can address you properly.
  • Your work email address — the only way we reply to you.
  • Your organization — so an enquiry from a hospital is not answered as though it came from an individual.
  • Your organization type — hospital, clinic, doctor, government, insurance, investor or partner — it decides who answers.
  • Your job title — optional, and only if you fill it in.
  • What you are trying to solve — optional free text, and whatever you write in it is stored as you wrote it.
  • Which of the four reasons you chose — a briefing, the waitlist, a partnership or an investment enquiry — it routes the enquiry and sets which confirmation email you get.
  • The time of submission — to answer enquiries in the order they arrive.
  • The page that referred you — the address of the page you followed a link from, where your browser sends one, only to understand where institutional interest is coming from.
  • A record identifier, the stage of our follow-up, and the label “landing-page” — internal bookkeeping, generated by us rather than taken from you, so we can track which enquiries have been answered.

That is the complete list. We do not record your browser’s user-agent string, and we do not store your IP address — it is held in memory for up to a minute to rate-limit submissions, and never written to the database.

We do not use advertising trackers, and the site sets no third-party cookies.

If you choose an audience in ‘Who it serves’, that choice is saved in your own browser so the page remembers it. It is never sent to us, and ‘Show everything’ removes it.

Why we collect it

To answer the enquiry you sent, and to decide the order in which we onboard organizations. Nothing here is used to build a marketing profile, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our own database and, where configured, mirrored to the tools we use to manage early-access conversations. A copy of the enquiry is emailed to us, and a confirmation is emailed to you. Access is limited to the people running the early-access programme.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until the early-access programme closes and the entry is no longer needed — whichever comes first.

Your choices

Email samuel@healthosafrica.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will action the request and confirm when it is done.

Changes

If this notice changes materially before launch, we will update the date above and, where the change affects people already on the list, tell them by email.

This is a pre-launch notice for a marketing site and its contact form. It is not a substitute for the data-protection documentation that will accompany the platform itself.
